TERESA SMITH has been a member of the Ojai community for over 35 years. Before entering real estate, she taught 5th grade at the Ojai Valley School, managed her own bookkeeping business, and managed the sales and production of the Ojai Valley Directory for over 22 years. The experience she gained from those jobs, along with her involvement in community groups, gives her a distinct set of skills to be a realtor. She has patience, compassion, and empathy for her clients. Along with a strong work ethic, organizational talents, and her community connections, she is uniquely qualified for the many challenges that can be present in a real estate transaction. With a service mindset, she puts her clients’ best interests first and she wants them to feel valued and understood.
Teresa is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Hospital Foundation, a member of the Ojai Community Hospital Guild, the Ojai Women’s Fund, and is a member of the noon Business Referral Group of the Ojai Valley Chamber of Commerce. Her commitment and dedication to the Ojai Valley is evident as she supports and volunteers for as many community events as time allows.
