Kate Lee Komaiko is grateful to be a long-time Ojai resident. She started her career 20 years ago in the foodservice industry by attending culinary school in Santa Barbara. After gaining experience in high-volume restaurants and as a personal chef, she started White Sage Catering in 2016. It quickly grew to become one of Ojai’s premier catering companies by working with several of the community's nonprofits as well as private weddings and corporate events. Kate loves kitchens and is looking forward to transferring her knowledge to buying and selling restaurant spaces and commercial kitchen real estate, as well as residential homes. Her specialty is paying attention to the details while managing the overall picture. Kate’s passions include hiking, gardening, and international travel. Spending time with loved ones is a priority, and she looks forward to contributing to Ojai’s unique dynamic for years to come.
